The Mater Foundation asked us to help raise funds for new equipment as part of their Christmas appeal to the public. We lit up the external wall of the Mater Hospital with projected messages of love, kindness, gratitude & hope for those who couldn't spend Christmas at home.
BRIEF
We wanted to find a way to show our appreciation for those who worked in the hospital during the most challenging times.
THE IDEA
Our system shared messages of gratitude for frontline workers expressed by the public on social media. The messages were projected onto the wall of the Mater Hospital and broadcast via a livestream from our custom built site.
RESULT
There was a massive response on social media, where thousands of messages were submitted and eventually displayed on the Mater façade. The messages included support from U2, Imelda May and other famous Irish musicians and celebrities.
