BRIEF
We were tasked with the ideation and design of an interesting text animation and live notch visuals for the bands live stage setup.
THE IDEA
Inspired by the departure board in Frankfurt International Airport, our animation team created an xpresso rig in c4d which mirrored the mechanical functions of a physical split flap display allowing for entirely procedural animation. The IMAG visuals reacted to the band in real-time displaying animations over large scale displays.
RESULT
The setup followed the band through the UK leg of their tour, lighting up stages from London to Belfast.
