Where I Should is Saint Sister acclaimed 2021 album which saw the band soar to new heights of artistic expression. Algorithm were asked to conceptualise and create content that could be used by the band as music video and promotion for the release of the album.

To create a series of music videos that put the band front and centre in their own visual narrative for their new album Where I Should End.
THE IDEA
To take a deep dive into the messages and stories behind each of the songs and create videos that expand the band’s concepts for each of the songs.
RESULT
Directors Janna Kemperman and Kev Freeney and Producers Lewis Byrne and Ciara Finn, created four unique worlds for Saint Sister’s new singles.
Karaoke song re-imagined the kitsch stylings of karaoke on VHS tapes through a contemporary lens, with animated singalong text to match the song’s lyrics.
We saw a bookstore magically brought to life through in the cold depths of winter one night for The Placer That I Work.
For Oh My God Oh Canada, we wanted to highlight the beauty of the Irish landscape. By creating abstract lighting setups we want the viewer to observe nature in a different way and to cherish it. It’s easy to take the nature that surrounds us for granted.
For Any Dreams we wanted to examine the experience of feeling trapped. Trapped in a relationship, trapped in our houses and trapped in our minds. This video explores the patterns we move in, the safe places we seek and what we do to find escape.
