Línte na Farraige is a series of LED light installations across Irish coastal sites, raising awareness of our rising sea levels.
BRIEF
We were tasked with dreaming up a storytelling site that would accompany the installations of Línte na Farraige to help tell the story of our rising sea levels.
THE IDEA
The site would consist of paralyaxing illustrations with symbolic details & features that tell the story of our rising sea levels. Each installation would have its own qr code, where you can select your location and view its tailored site. The site would feature a cohesive visual identity, an illustrative storytelling landing page, with additional pages that tell the story of Línte na Farraige, and how to prevent this dystopian future that is to follow.
RESULT
You can find the qr code at each site across Ireland; the Spanish Arch, Galway, Wexford Harbour, Wexford, and soon at the Blackrock Martello Tower, Dublin.
Look out for the QR code at each installation to view the site!
Credit to Galway Aquarium for their amazing footage at Galway Arch and of the logo etched into sand.
